Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including English and other bilingual options.
• Assist clients with policy information, claims submissions, and general account support while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on policy renewals, customer feedback, or survey requests to enhance client satisfaction.
• Enter and update client data accurately in the company’s database using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse client needs with patience and professionalism.
• Support team members with administrative tasks such as cash handling, typing reports, or documentation as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support roles is required ; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse clients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
• Experience with outbound calling or tele-sales activities is a plus; enthusiasm for engaging with clients over the phone is essential.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required; attention to detail is crucial.
• Prior experience in customer service roles involving call center operations or client interactions in insurance or banking will help you succeed in this trainee position.
