- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries fast
- Reconcile vendor statements and chase down outstanding invoices before they become problems
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify accuracy before anything gets processed
- Code purchase orders and invoices correctly, every time
- Enter invoice data into financial software with speed and precision
- Manage weekly invoicing, payments, and vendor account issues end to end
- Make sure billing errors turn into credits, not write-offs
- Keep stakeholders updated on open invoices and credits
- Request and track Notice to Owner releases on schedule
- Jump in on month-end close and other accounting tasks as needed
Why you're a great fit for the role:
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- 1 years of AP or related experience
- Strong Excel skills — formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
- Sharp attention to detail and comfort working with high accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sage experience a plus
- Self-starter who meets deadlines without being chased
- Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
