Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, & results-driven Sales Representative to join us at Solasta Lighting Design! This will be a contractor role & will work remotely, perfect for highly motivated college students or others seeking a flexible work schedule. Representatives will need to be available and accessible during work hours, and able to visit home-owners via appointments. In this role, you will be responsible for following up and converting sales leads. As a field sales representative, you will nurture these leads via phone calls before finalizing sales through in-home visits.
This is a commission only position and a skilled representative will easily be able to make between $5,000 to $10,000 a month. Commission will be based on the number of linear feet sold.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with qualified leads in a timely manner via phone calls & set up in-home visits
- Visit leads, provide product information and options, measure the length of the soffit & fascia, provide quotes, and close deals effectively
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Help other sales employees & management, create a door-to-door sales program
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales & closing leads
- 2 years of sales experience or relevant experience
- Serious applicants will be asked for references about their sales experience
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- Prior door to door sales experience is a plus
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to handle rejection without giving up
- Honest & ambitious with a great work ethic
- Ability to speak English is a must
- Ability to speak Spanish & other languages is very helpful

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
