The Lead Installer will be responsible for the successful installation of Solasta’s premium lighting systems in both residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include supervising installation crew members, ensuring quality and precision in the installation process, troubleshooting technical challenges, and maintaining tools and equipment. The Lead Installer will actively coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. This is a contract role based in Orem, UT with the flexibility for some remote work.
- Installation and technical skills including understanding electrical systems, hands-on experience with installing lighting or similar systems, and use of hand and power tools.
- Project management and leadership skills for supervising installation teams, following project timelines, and maintaining safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, including the capability to adapt and resolve issues during installations.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality work that aligns with the company’s standards for precision and aesthetics.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
- Preferred: Experience in lighting installations, construction, or a related field; familiarity with hybrid work environments.
