Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in Orem, UT, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, building and sustaining client relationships, and conducting regular follow-ups. Key duties include understanding client needs, preparing proposals, providing quotes, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires active participation in team meetings and contributing to business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Skills in customer relationship building, lead generation, and client communication
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and objection handling
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with the cleaning and maintenance industry is a plus
- Ability to work both in-person and remotely in a hybrid work environment
