About The Role
DentalQore is looking for a motivated and coachable Sales Representative to help dental practices grow through websites, SEO, and patient-growth strategies.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious sales career. You do not need to come in as a polished closer, but you do need to be driven, resilient, consistent, and ready to perform in a structured environment with clear expectations.
This role includes outbound calling and prospecting to dental practices nationwide. You will also receive appointments from our appointment-setting team, while continuing to build your own pipeline through consistent outbound activity.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
This role offers a $40,000 base salary uncapped commission (Our core reps earn $100,000 )
Sales Representatives earn a base salary plus commission, with the opportunity to increase their base pay through our tiered compensation structure as sales performance grows. There is no cap on commission, which means your earning potential is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and results.

What You’ll Do
- Follow a structured sales process from initial outreach through close
- Prospect and connect with dental practices nationwide
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their growth goals
- Present how DentalQore helps practices grow through websites, SEO, and patient-growth strategies
- Manage your pipeline with consistency, accountability, and strong follow-up
- Learn and apply feedback to improve your sales skills and performance

This role is highly structured, with clear expectations and regular feedback, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow, is willing to follow a proven process, and can keep showing up with strong effort even when sales gets challenging.
