This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on assisting homeowners and renters save money on their utility bills.
You will be responsible for engaging through direct outreach and utilizing Solar On Earth's winning strategies.
Base salary and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with directly with renters and homeowners to ensure clear communication and understanding of community solar benefits.
- Maintain a respectful and friendly client-first approach and addressing questions, resolving concerns, and assist them in understanding community solar.
- Ability to learn our policies, procedures and strategies.
- Track all sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up
Skills
- Some experience in sales, door to door a plus!
- Proficiency in using technology and software.
- Postitive attitude with an approachable personality to engage with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
