Senior Director, IT Product – Corporate Functions
Role Overview
This role is a strategic, technology-focused leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the technology roadmap that supports corporate functions. The Senior Director brings a customer-centric mindset and a strong passion for digital transformation, driving meaningful business value through technology.
Working in a fast-paced environment, this leader manages both direct and indirect teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. The role oversees technology strategy, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational vision and business goals. This position also partners closely with business and IT leaders to deliver scalable, high-value solutions and stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Roadmaps
- Partner with business leaders to define and deliver technology strategies that improve efficiency and advance digital capabilities.
- Develop and maintain long-term roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
Strategic & People Leadership
- Lead and develop the Technology Products team, setting clear expectations and performance standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, planning, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Technology Initiative Management
- Drive enterprise-level initiatives and process improvements.
- Establish project frameworks, governance, and infrastructure.
- Ensure teams are trained in and consistently apply key delivery methodologies.
Executive & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to drive innovation and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with IT functional leaders to align priorities, manage risks, and resolve issues.
Initiative Oversight
- Oversee critical initiatives across infrastructure, security, reporting and analytics, third-party software implementation, system integration, and post-production support.
- Ensure accountability for cost, quality, scope, and delivery timelines.
Financial Accountability
- Manage and optimize project and portfolio budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain transparent communication.
- Provide regular reporting through dashboards and PMO tracking.
- Recommend improvements and share best practices in partnership with the enterprise PMO.
Operational Excellence
- Enforce the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and service outcomes.
- Measure user satisfaction and operational performance to improve results and reduce costs.
Team Development
- Build a high-performing team by strengthening skills, refining KPIs, and supporting professional growth in product and project management.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10 years of technology or IT experience across multiple disciplines, including large enterprise projects or products
- 5 years of people leadership experience managing product, project, or program managers
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Scrum (as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent) and/or PMBOK principles
- Background in food & beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or similar industries
- Experience in product, program, or portfolio management
Salary : $200,000 - $219,000
