We are seeking an experienced Technical Software Product Manager with 7 years of professional experience, proficient in conceptualizing and designing cloud-based enterprise software applications in the Renewable energy space. The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Management background in designing Solar Renewable specific SW applications, Mobile apps, AI Agents, and Data products. Ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
Responsibilities:
Product Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry specific emerging solutions and technologies and leverage them to design leading edge products.
- Analyze latest trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
Product Development:
- Own yearly roadmap derived from strategic marketing long term Roadmaps
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Define personas, user journeys, and pain points. Define quick to market customer impactful solutions.
- Maintain a balance of short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals and objectives.
Feature Definition and Prioritization:
- Identify and prioritize critical features and functionalities based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Engineering teams to ensure specifications and timelines deliver features.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, engineering, and sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with customers to gather and incorporate feedback into the product development process.
Performance, Data, Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cloud monitoring platform and regularly assess product performance against these metrics.
- Implement strategies to optimize product features and user experience based on performance data and user feedback
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, including engineering, design, and marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales on product launches.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborate with Marketing to gain insights into Corporate Business Objectives, Vision, Mission, and Strategic Long term product roadmaps

Required Skills and Experience:
- Be expert in Product Design methodology using frameworks like RICE, MosCoW, or Kano Model or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear feature definitions and requirements
- Be expert in Agile Product Development and write Initiatives and Epics
- Ability to use UX /UI design products i.e. Figma, Sketch, AXURE etc to create click through prototypes and demonstration apps for various concepts
- Ability to design and make business case for various concepts for internal and external stakeholders
- Use MIXPANEL, Amplitudes, or similar tools/SDKs to track customer journey, metrics, and interactions on Web, Mobile and Data Driven Applications
- Ability to design data models for complex applications
- Strong knowledge in Rest API, Event driven solutions
- Use Survey Monkey, Typeforms or similar to capture feedback and VoC.
- Documentation in JIRA Atlassian or similar tools on Confluence
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Data mining, data analysis and integrating data analysis tools with software applications.
- Knowledge to design AI Agents using LLM, natural language processing, machine learning, and /or autonomous decision making
- Deliver AI solutions for optimizations, automations and autonomous workflows across various industries
- Bachelor's or master’s in computer engineering or computer science or electrical engineering, or a related field from an accredited US university or renowned international university
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch and/or other monitoring platforms i.e. Grafana
- Experience in designing products for real-time IOT applications
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, YAML etc.) for data analysis
- Understanding of electrical systems and power distribution
