We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for selling. Location: Full-time W-2 ONSITE opportunity at our HQ in Allen, TX (not remote)!
Work Eligibility:
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Candidates must have permanent work authorization in the United States. Sol-Ark does not provide visa sponsorship, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT (including STEM OPT), H-1B, or any other employment-based visa requiring future sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide customers with information about our Solar Inverter products.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Work with the Regional Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to help improve the quality of leads generated.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the Solar industry and products is a plus.
