What are the responsibilities and job description for the Olga's To Go Specialist/Cashier position at SOK Venture, LLC.?
Immediately greet Guests in person and by phone, accurately take orders and deliver food with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Essential Job Functions
- Knowledge of the TSFR Roadmap
- Make positive first impression to set the stage for an extraordinary dining experience.
- Immediately greets guests & seats guests as needed.
- Have a robust depth of menu knowledge and possess the ability to confidently answer any question the guest may have.
- Execute appropriate scripting for LTOs, knowledge of promos, coupons & the Olga’s Rewards Program.
- Ask the right questions, upsell and always enter the details of the order into the POS. For accuracy, repeat the order back.
- Prepare and deliver OTG orders in a timely manner.
- When needed, spot-sweep work areas. Maintain the OTG areas.
- Complete all assigned side work in a timely manner.
- Keep all items fully stocked.
- Possess the ability to conduct polite conversation and provide 100% Guest Satisfaction.
- Utilizes a TEAM work approach. Produce Pantry items utilizing build charts & portion devices, stock condiments & other items as needed.
- Maintain an attitude of “attention to detail” at all times.
- Continuously monitor the OTG Curbside parking area and video display for arriving guests.
- Promptly identify guests as they arrive; promptly and sincerely greet them at their car; deliver their order and complete transactions.
- Properly execute Grab n Go orders & maintain a professional relationship with delivery service providers.
- Adhere to all OTG standards including, but not limited to: staging, & organization, bagging, highlighting, labeling & provision of all needed utensils and condiments.
- Answer phone in a courteous, confident and professional manner, with appropriate scripting.
- Adheres to all cash handling policies.
- Assists with catering orders, as needed.
- Maintain a smile, and maintain a cordial attitude & an impeccably clean uniform & professional appearance.
- Utilize teamwork at every opportunity.
- Observe the rules of “10/4” and “guest right-of-way.”
- Maintain composure under pressure, approach situations with a positive attitude.
- Utilizes BLAST when addressing a guest issues & immediately involves the management TEAM.
- Complete all duties as assigned.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
