What are the responsibilities and job description for the Olga's Host position at SOK Venture, LLC.?
Responsible for greeting & seating guests, providing a welcoming environment and assisting with To Go orders, servers and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms.

Essential Job Functions
- Knowledge of the TSFR Roadmap.
- Immediately greet guests within their second step into the restaurant with a friendly welcome.
- When possible, open the door for guests as they arrive & depart.
- Set the stage for an extraordinary dining experience by making a positive first impression.
- Maintain organization of the entrance, ensure doorways are clear.
- Accommodate guests’ needs. Obtain guest information, party size and utilize the wait-list when appropriate.
- Interact with guests as they are escorted to their table and seated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide appropriate scripting for all LTOs
- Have a working knowledge of promos, coupons & the Olga’s rewards program.
- Keep an even rotation of all server sections; constantly monitor the level of guest service that is being provided.
- Possess a depth of knowledge about the restaurant and menu to play the role of ambassador to the Olga’s brand.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness level of the entrance area, both inside and outside the restaurant.
- Maintain a smile, and maintain a cordial attitude & an impeccably clean uniform & professional appearance.
- Utilize TEAMwork at every opportunity.
- Observe the rules of “10/4” and “guest right-of-way.”
- Complete all duties as assigned.
- Utilizes BLAST when addressing a guest issues & immediately involves the management TEAM.
- Maintain composure under pressure, approach situations with a positive attitude.
- Assures that we Delight Our Guests.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
