What are the responsibilities and job description for the Olga's Kitchen Cook position at SOK Venture, LLC - (Olga's)?
Responsible for preparing all menu items to Olga’s Kitchen specifications in a timely manner. Observes and maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.

Essential Job Functions
• Knowledge of the TSFR Roadmap.
• Execute all Kitchen Specialist Role Clarity as needed.
• Completion of the shift prep list, with attention to detail, following call amounts.
• Responsible for preparing all menu items to Olga’s Kitchen specifications in a timely manner.
• Responsible for notifying the manager on duty of any long ticket times &/or food quality issues.
• Responsible for making all items to guest specifications.
• Observes and maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Responsible for producing the Best Bread on the Planet.
• Responsible for stocking all items on the line, as needed.
• Utilize appropriate portion devices & scales when executing menu items.
• Follow proper rotation for all dry stock, freezer, cooler & walk-in areas.
• Put away deliveries as needed.
• Responsible for entire back-of-house, which includes maintaining an organized cooler, freezer, and dry stock area.
• Responsible for cleaning all kitchen equipment; sweeping and mopping designated areas.
• Assist Kitchen Specialist TEAM Members as needed, and Servers with special guest orders.
• Maintains an impeccably clean uniform and professional appearance.
• Utilize Teamwork at every opportunity.
• Observe the rules of “10/4” and “guest right-of-way.”
• Complete all duties as assigned.
• Maintains composure under pressure, approaches situations with a positive attitude.
• Assures that we Delight Our Guests.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
