About the Role: We are looking for a strong, reliable leader to step into a Temporary Store Supervisor / Acting Store Manager role to support one of our retail locations during a short-term leave.T his position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys leading a team, and can jump in to drive sales and support daily store operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the team on the sales floor and drive daily sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with SoHa standards
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations
- Maintain store organization, visual merchandising, and restocking
- Coach and support sales associates throughout each shift
- Communicate updates and store needs with the District Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Retail leadership experience (key holder, supervisor, or manager)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Able to work weekends and flexible shifts
Position Details
- Full-Time | Temporary (6–8 weeks)
