Just Keiki Pediatric Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time (or part-time) Front Desk & Clinical Support Team Member to join our positive, energetic pediatric dental team.

About the Role
While this position is primarily front desk–focused, it is ideal for someone who is open to growth and learning multiple aspects of a pediatric dental office and occasionally supporting the clinical team as needed.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families and create a welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phones and communicate clearly with parents and caregivers
- Review treatment plans and help families understand recommended care
- Handle check-in, check-out, and payments
- Support insurance-related and general office duties
Clinical Support May Include:
- Assisting the dental team as needed (training provided)
- Helping maintain a smooth and efficient patient flow
