About the job:
We are seeking a Network Load Balancing and DDI (DNS) Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade application delivery and DNS architectures across cloud and hybrid environments. This role focuses heavily on modern load balancing technologies, Infoblox DDI, and cloud-native application delivery platforms in Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architecture and engineering expert responsible for building highly available, scalable, and secure traffic management and DNS solutions that support enterprise application modernization.
What you will do at Sogeti:
- Design and architect enterprise load balancing solutions across L4/L7 environments supporting high availability, scalability, and resiliency requirements
- Develop and maintain application delivery architectures using Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and Azure Front Door, along with AWS ELB services where applicable
- Engineer and implement Infoblox-based DDI solutions, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Create detailed high-level and low-level design documentation, including reference architectures, deployment plans, and operational handoff materials
- Lead complex application onboarding, migration, and modernization initiatives involving hybrid cloud traffic management and DNS integration
- Support implementation activities including configuration, validation testing, cutover planning, and rollback strategy execution for minimal business disruption
- Collaborate with application, cloud, and security teams to ensure alignment of architecture with enterprise standards and security requirements
What you will bring:
- Strong experience designing and implementing cloud load balancing solutions (Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Front Door, AWS ELB)
- Deep expertise in Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and enterprise DNS architecture
- Background in application delivery, global traffic management (GSLB), and hybrid cloud networking architectures
- Experience producing HLD/LLD documentation, deployment plans, and enterprise architecture standards
- Strong collaboration and technical leadership skills across application, cloud, and infrastructure teams
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110,000 - $150,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
