About the Job:
Sogeti is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Gen AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role will serve as both a technical leader and strategic advisor, partnering closely with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Generative AI expertise with strong software architecture, cloud engineering, and hands-on development experience while driving technical excellence across the full project lifecycle.
What You Will Do at Sogeti:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders and clients to translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures and AI-driven solutions.
- Create and maintain high-level and low-level design documentation, API contracts, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams, assigning tasks, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of AI initiatives.
- Conduct architecture reviews, client demonstrations, solution presentations, and executive-level discussions regarding technical strategy and recommendations.
- Design and implement integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms, including cloud services, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC best practices, security standards, scalability requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
What You Will Bring:
- 8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership, including 3 years designing and implementing Generative AI solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Agentic AI, and modern AI application architectures.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Databricks, and related technologies.
- Proven ability to create technical architecture deliverables including HLDs, LLDs, API specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills, with experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Master's degree preferred but not required.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $150,000 - $195,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
