We are partnering with an innovative organization seeking a senior Solutions Architect to lead the design of intelligent, scalable enterprise systems that combine modern microservices architecture with advanced AI and machine learning capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of high performance distributed systems built on Java microservices

• Drive integration of AI and ML models into enterprise applications with a focus on scalability and reliability

• Partner with data science and engineering teams to operationalize models into production environments

• Provide technical leadership across architecture, development standards, and best practices

• Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput across complex environments

• Guide teams on API design, microservices patterns, and AI driven solution development

• Ensure high code quality, security, and maintainability across platforms

• Troubleshoot complex system issues across application and AI integration layers

• Contribute to architecture strategy and innovation in AI enabled systems

Required Experience

• 15 plus years in software engineering with strong architecture experience

• Deep expertise in Java and microservices based systems

• Proven experience integrating AI and ML models into production applications

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and event driven architecture

• Experience working with cloud platforms and containerized environments

• Hands on experience collaborating with data science teams on model deployment

• Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities

Preferred Background

• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

• Knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment and monitoring

• Experience with streaming or real time data processing

• Financial Services industry experience with enterprise scale environments with high reliability requirements
