We are hiring a Production Control Manager to lead production inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow within a complex manufacturing environment. This is a high-visibility role responsible for ensuring production continuity, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance across the plant.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and develop a team of 8-12 across Production Inventory Control and materials planning
• Oversee shop floor work order flow from release through shipment
• Own inventory performance, including accuracy, turns, and excess and obsolete reduction
• Drive resolution of material shortages and implement long-term process improvements
• Partner with operations, procurement, and suppliers to ensure on-time production and delivery
• Balance workloads, manage escalations, and improve cross-functional execution
• Oversee warehouse coordination and material availability to support production goals

What You Bring

• 10 years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain within manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with preference for Oracle or SAP
• Track record of improving inventory performance and resolving supply chain challenges
• Strong communication skills across operations, leadership, and external partners
