A global enterprise operating in a highly complex, fast-moving environment is seeking a Senior Director, Technology Governance, Portfolio & Administration to help drive operational discipline, portfolio visibility, and governance maturity across a large regional technology organization.
This is a highly visible leadership role positioned at the center of technology operations. The individual will act as a strategic operational partner to executive technology leadership, ensuring that initiatives, investments, reporting, governance standards, financial controls, and delivery oversight are aligned and measurable across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments and has successfully built structure, transparency, and governance across large-scale technology organizations with significant budgets and cross-functional dependencies.
What You Will Lead
• Oversee enterprise technology governance practices, portfolio oversight, operational reporting, and PMO standards across a large regional technology organization
• Drive consistency in technology reporting, tracking, prioritization, and executive visibility across multiple teams, functions, and operating groups
• Establish and improve governance frameworks, operating cadences, escalation processes, portfolio transparency, and decision-making structures
• Partner closely with senior technology leadership, finance, procurement, PMO, and operational stakeholders to improve organizational alignment and accountability
• Provide executive-level visibility into technology investments, resource capacity, delivery health, dependencies, risks, and operational performance
• Support audit remediation efforts, internal controls, compliance alignment, and governance maturity initiatives
• Standardize reporting and operational management processes across varied tools and platforms including PMO, ERP, reporting, and workflow systems
• Help remove administrative burden from technical leadership teams by creating scalable governance and operational support structures
What We Are Looking For
• Executive-level experience leading technology governance, portfolio management, PMO operations, technology administration, or enterprise technology controls
• Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations with large-scale operating budgets exceeding $100M
• Strong background working across broad technology environments rather than a narrow infrastructure or application-only focus
• Experience operating within large, matrixed, multi-business organizations
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability through governance, reporting, and operational leadership
• Strong exposure to audit, compliance, risk management, financial oversight, and executive reporting environments
• Experience improving fragmented reporting and governance processes across multiple teams, business units, or regions
• Prior exposure to logistics, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial, or operationally intensive industries is highly valued

Salary : $175,000 - $218,000
