This role centers around Epicor ERP (v10.2 with future migration to Kinetic) and offers the opportunity to work directly with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to support, enhance, and optimize daily operations. Required Skills & Experience

· Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (v10.2 or similar)

· Strong knowledge of MES and Engineering Workbench modules

· Experience supporting highly customized ERP environments (200 customizations preferred)

· Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and support ERP systems on-site

· Strong communication and end-user training experience

Desired Skills & Experience

· Experience supporting or participating in Epicor Kinetic upgrades

· Background in manufacturing or production environments

· Familiarity with ERP process optimization and workflow improvements

· Experience collaborating with vendors and technical teams
