Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training room setup and equipment preparation
- Support instructors and participants during training exercises
- Manage attendance tracking and participant records
- Assist with training recordings and SharePoint uploads
- Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and device issues
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout training events
- Experience supporting software training sessions or classroom environments
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Experience supporting enterprise software deployments
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams administration
- Experience in public-sector or municipal environments
Salary : $45 - $55
