Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led Adobe Acrobat Pro training
- Train users on PDF creation, editing, and document workflows
- Provide instruction on forms creation and e-signature processes
- Introduce accessibility compliance fundamentals
- Train users on document redaction and security features
- Recommend workflow improvements and efficiency enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro in professional environments
- Experience delivering software training and workshops
- Knowledge of PDF workflow optimization and document security
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Professional certification
- Experience supporting public-sector document management processes
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance requirements
