and technical support during training sessions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth
classroom operations and a positive participant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training room setup and equipment preparation
Support instructors and participants during training exercises
Manage attendance tracking and participant records
Assist with training recordings and SharePoint uploads
Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and device issues
Provide exceptional customer support throughout training events
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting software training sessions or classroom environments
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise software deployments
Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams administration
Experience in public-sector or municipal environments
