Job Description
Soft Start Early Learning Academy is seeking Enrichment Instructors to provide engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for children ages 2–7.
We are currently hiring instructors in the following areas:
- Spanish
- Art
- Music
- Dance
- Physical Education
Enrichment sessions are designed to introduce children to new forms of expression, movement, and creativity in a way that aligns with our calm, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead 30-minute enrichment sessions for young children
- Adapt activities for multiple age groups (2–7)
- Create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate experiences
- Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
Qualifications
- Experience teaching or leading activities in your subject area
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Ability to manage a group of children in an engaging way
- Reliable and consistent availability
