About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a permanent basis. This role will focus primarily on acquiring top talent for Expert Services team, mainly focusing on Field Service Specialist positions across the United States, while also supporting Operations team at our Suwanee, GA facility.
The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and operational roles. Success in this role requires flexibility in supporting hiring managers, building strong relationships, product knowledge and ability creating healthy candidate pipeline. This role will report to Talent Acquisition Manager of Socomec North America.

This role is hybrid, with a professional office environment that requires the candidate to commute to our Suwanee, GA office 3 to 4 times a week.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Field Service Technicians and across the U.S., as well as other roles within Expert Services to maintain smooth service operations .
- Supporting the recruitment for Operations/Manufacturing roles at the Suwanee, GA facility.
- Ability to coordinate, and manage recruitment-related programs (e.g., internship, co-op, or community outreach initiatives).
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, drive recruitment timelines, and ensure accountability throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws; maintain accurate records and deliver weekly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Leverage knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, and field service operations sectors to identify and attract top talent.
- Implementing creative recruitment strategies across online and offline channels to maintain and strengthen candidate pipelines.
- Support adoption and use of Oracle ATS; provide guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate journey with clear communication, timely feedback, and professional guidance.
- Travel within North America several times per year to support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and customer sites.
- Over 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering and operations roles.
- Technically savvy, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment operations.
- Proven ability to evaluate market opportunities and industry practices to drive excellence in recruitment, program management, and targeted hiring.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment programs and initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with confidence to influence and guide hiring managers.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle preferred) and multiple recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Engineering or any other relevant technical background is a strong asset.
- Ability to travel within North America several times per year.
