You are responsible for managing the professional development program, delivering essential training to equip students and graduates with career skills, job search techniques, and successful placement. Day-to-day, you facilitate classes and workshops focusing on soft skills, career services, and financial literacy, covering topics like résumé writing, interviewing, and professional branding. You coordinate with the Education Leader on training and guest speakers, and implement career planning strategies to ensure a smooth transition to employment. Crucially, you initiate employer outreach, build professional relationships, and host career fairs/recruitment events to maximize placement. Finally, you ensure compliance with licensing and placement documentation standards, analyze placement data, prepare reports, and coach students on using job recruitment platforms.

- Experience in the beauty industry

- Self-directed and can work independently
- High level of self-motivation and professionalism
- Experience in the beauty and barbering industry is preferred
