You will be involved in all stages of the deal life cycle from preparation of initial client proposals including responding to RFP through to credit analysis and preparation of submission for internal approvals and deal execution in both private format and public securitisation markets. You will assume responsibility for certain aspects of origination and transaction execution on a case-by-case basis.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting origination and structuring efforts;
  • Preparing client pitches and other marketing materials;

  • Deal execution both internally and externally in the context of public securitisation transactions;
  • Conducting client due diligence and managing client onboarding;
  • Portfolio and business performance reporting; and
  • Other ad hoc business and transaction specific requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team and get hands-on experience within a fast-paced, results focused, global organization and one of Europe’s leading structured credit banks. As part of your role within Asset Backed Products, you will interact with other SG teams such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, Client Coverage, Syndicate, Trading and Sales, on and offshore, to name a few.
