Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in data, analytics, or IT with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
Expert-level proficiency in SQL, capable of crafting complex data models and solutions
Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, to build scalable applications
Strong ability to design comprehensive applications, combining front-end, back-end, and data storage seamlessly
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic, solution-oriented approach
Skilled at translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical plans
Outstanding communication skills that can engage both technical teams and executive leadership
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while aligning with organizational goals
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Azure data services such as SQL Database, Synapse, SSIS, ADF
Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with enterprise data systems in large-scale organizations
Previous successful development of multi-collection Power Apps applications
Knowledge of AI and automation tools to enhance application capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from start to finish, ideally spanning 6 months to a year or more
Experience working in or supporting large enterprise environments that leverage Power Apps and BI tools
Other Requirements:
Onsite presence preferred in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL, with a flexible hybrid work model (2 days in the office)
Capacity to oversee complex projects requiring detailed planning and sustained effort
Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including assessments and on-site interviews
