Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
  • Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring client retention and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for business development by analyzing market trends, client feedback, and industry insights.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting warm leads through cold calling to closing deals, utilizing techniques such as warm calling to establish trust quickly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and promote our technology sales offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze account performance data for strategic planning.
  • Provide leadership within your accounts by offering expert advice on product features, technical solutions, and value propositions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or account management within a technology or related industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, client needs, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Experience in technical sales or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead negotiations confidently while maintaining positive client relationships through active listening and persuasive communication.
