The Program Manage will oversee the Permanent Supportive Housing’s supportive services program. The duties of this position include direct client case management, the provision of a robust supportive services program, and the safety and well-being of residents. The Program Manager is also responsible for implementing direct services in an effort to prevent a return to homelessness through the provision of needed support such as substance abuse and mental health services. The Program Manager maintains an assigned caseload of veterans with various disabling conditions and provides individual counseling, group counseling, case management, assessment, advocacy, outreach, and crisis intervention. The Program Manager supervises a staff of Mental Health Specialists and a Peer Specialist and coordinates operations of the site with Property Management.Qualifications:2 years' experience providing mental health, substance abuse counseling and case management services to disadvantaged or otherwise hard to reach clients preferably in a community based organization.Experience in program management and/or staff supervisionBA degree, MA preferredCompany DescriptionWe are a staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in social services.
