Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (Occasional onsite)
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Job Description:
- This role supports Autodesk’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Transformation & Programs team, reporting to the Senior Manager.
- The Project/Program Manager is responsible for leading transformation and growth initiatives that directly drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
- Develop and maintain program charters, project plans, milestones, and risk management frameworks.
- Drive governance, structure, and operating cadence—ensuring smooth communication and timely decision-making.
- Partner with product and IT teams to align business and technical goals.
- Identify bottlenecks, escalate risks, and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure all initiatives are measurable and tied to Autodesk’s strategic GTM objectives.
- Apply both the “science” (structured PM methodologies) and “art” (stakeholder influence, facilitation, and storytelling) of program management.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 8 years total experience, with 3 years in program/project management, preferably in SaaS or software development companies.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Strong background in change management, especially managing mindset, skillset, and toolset transitions in GTM functions.
- Experience working under PMO governance using standard templates, tools, and reporting methods.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications like PMP and Prosci Change Management are desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and balancing both detail orientation and strategic perspective.
- Skilled in storytelling to communicate complex initiatives clearly to executives and teams.
Salary : $65 - $75
