- Support the team in responding to legal-related inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
- Familiar with regulatory filings such as Form 13H, 13F, N-PX, registration statements, or class action coordination
- 3 or more years of experience of Paralegal/Legal Analyst experience (preferably in Financial Services or Investment Management)
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
