Top-Tier Investment Management Firm in Downtown, Manhattan is seeking a Paralegal for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft routine legal/compliance documents
- Assist with preparing and filing various regulatory filings
- Assist with the process of opening sub-custody accounts
- Manage complex calendars for the General Counsel
- Assist with the launch of new mutual funds and private funds.
- Prepare materials for mettings and presentations
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Conduct legal research
Qualifications:
- Experience working in well-established law firms. Large law firms are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3 years working as a Paralegal within Investment Management
- Ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
