Rapidly Growing Hedge Fund in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Hedge Fund Services Associate for a full-time position!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various functions, including subscriptions, redemptions and onboarding new fund clients.
- Overseeing third party middle office and back office servicing teams
- Responsible for NAVs, reconciliations and producing investor statements
- Administer Prime Brokerage Requests
- Approve cash wires
- Review and approve capital activity reports
- Review and approve monthly expenses
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Keep lists of approved funds and participants
- Responsible for assisting with Reg D filings
- Supply data for fund related items in Form ADV
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience working in a similar hedge fund operations positions
- 2 years working in fund client services, with experience facing off directly with clients
- Strong Excel skills
- Critical thinker
- Team player
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
