Top Tier Financial Services company is seeking a Dividends Specialist to join their operations team. This is a temp to perm opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Process income-related transactions including dividends, interest, and principal payments
- Support daily operational workflows and reconcile transaction activity
- Handle client and internal inquiries related to income processing activities
- Submit and monitor elections and related processing requests
- Assist with reporting, account maintenance, and other operational tasks as needed
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Salary : $40 - $45
