As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will report directly to the CPA and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
You will be the welcoming face and voice of Snyder Accounting & Tax for our clients, efficiently manage our office environment, and support our marketing efforts to enhance our brand presence.
To excel in this job, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors, ensuring a positive and professional initial experience.
- Manage the office calendar and coordinate client meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling for the CPA and seamless client interactions.
- Organize, file, and maintain confidential financial documents, both physical and digital, demonstrating your commitment to accuracy and data security.
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing reports, and handling correspondence, directly contributing to their efficiency and our overall productivity.
- Contribute to our brand presence by creating and managing content for the firm’s social media platforms, reaching out to clients through email campaigns, and assisting with website updates.
- Help plan and execute marketing initiatives, such as webinars and client appreciation events, to strengthen client relationships and promote our services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Clerical and administrative experience
- Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry
- Prior experience working in a tax office a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
