Norwell, MA $25-$28/hour DOE Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Showroom Receptionist to join our Norwell team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administrative support, and working in a fast-paced showroom environment.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front Desk Support

• Greet and welcome showroom customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Serve as a point of communication between clients and warehouse staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment
• Monitor and replenish office and showroom supplies

Administrative Duties

• Maintain open order reports for the sales team
• Manage calendars and appointments for Sales Associates
• Process customer returns, damage claims, and shipping issues
• Handle showroom payments and daily cash reconciliation
• Coordinate delivery scheduling with the Branch Manager
• Assist with warranty claims and showroom events as needed

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
