We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our Norwell warehouse team. This position plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, helping ensure accurate shipments, organized inventory, and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, transfers, and incoming shipments
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Use inventory systems and reports to maintain inventory control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Report inventory discrepancies or shipment issues to management
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience
- Experience operating warehouse equipment
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory and order picking
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials
- Ability to work in a physically active environment
