We're looking for a dependable, motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Warehouse team in Norwell. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and making sure customers receive the right products on time, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our warehouse running efficiently by receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming shipments, transfers, and delivery trucks
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory
- Organize inventory and stock warehouse shelves
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Work closely with warehouse and branch staff to support daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, distribution, order fulfillment, or material handling
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if applicable)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
