What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at QUIRK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP?
The Service Department Receptionist will greet and assist customers and employees in person and via phone. This position reports to the Service Department Manager.
Job Duties Include:
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Answering incoming calls
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
