Position Overview

We are currently looking to fill the position of an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced automotive environment, is organization, and is comfortable communicating with both customers and financial institutions. Key Required Proficiencies:
- Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items
- Help resolve outstanding issues professionally and maintain a positive customer experience after the vehicle has been delivered
- Maintain consistent communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is complete.
- Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures, documents, or information are required.
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive dealership, banking, finance, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow up consistently and resolve missing paperwork/ funding issues.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems and lender systems.
- Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
