Locally-owned cleaning service is looking for an excellent cleaning technician to perform carpet, upholstery, tile and other cleaning services. We provide the highest quality service in this area, and we are looking for a tech to join our team and continue to build our great reputation while earning a great income. This person will need to be driven to succeed and have great people skills. We are committed to quality and integrity, so we expect the same with our team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Driving safely between jobs
- Inspecting jobs, calculating and communicating price, selling services and performing the work
Pay:
- Technicians can earn between $45,000-$70,000/year depending on performance (including commission and tips)
- Average technician will earn about $50,000-60,000
- Average tips amount to $400-500/month

Qualifications and skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to use a tablet with our job software
- Energy and enthusiasm to do high-quality work, create happy customers, and a desire to learn and grow
- If you have worked as a carpet cleaning technician, carpet cleaner, housekeeper, or janitor, you may transition well into this position
Requirements:
- Safe driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds with no assistance
