Join Rusty's Window Cleaning and help customers make their homes and businesses shine. We're looking for a motivated Pressure Washing / Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
No experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in quality work, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment.
- Clean building exteriors, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces.
- Set up job sites and protect surrounding landscaping and property.
- Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition.
- Complete basic job documentation and report any customer concerns or equipment issues.
- Load and unload equipment and supplies each day.
- Assist with other exterior cleaning services as needed, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and roof cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years of age or older (required for eligibility under our commercial vehicle insurance policy).
- Valid Washington State driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, construction, maintenance, or other outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
