Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our e-commerce operations while assisting with warehouse coordination. This role is primarily focused on managing online orders, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and supporting daily warehouse workflows as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce & Customer Service (Primary Focus):
- Provide excellent customer service and timely support
- Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and issue resolution
- Process and track online orders, returns, and exchanges
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms (product listings, inventory, order management)
- Monitor order flow to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience
Warehouse Support (Secondary Duties):
- Assist with coordinating daily workflow to support order fulfillment
- Communicate order priorities with warehouse staff
- Help ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met
- Support onboarding and basic training of new team members when needed
- Assist in resolving operational issues to avoid delays in shipping
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving luggage as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both on a computer and in a warehouse setting
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling luggage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or online order systems
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
