Snider-Blake is hiring for multiple Manufacturing Associate positions at a forged steel manufacturing facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. This is a hands-on opportunity in a hot, dirty, and fast-paced environment—ideal for candidates comfortable with physical work and using hand tools.

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Interviews Required
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ( $2 shift differential)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ( $2 shift differential)
All positions train on 1st shift for 2 weeks up to 30 days depending on role.
Responsibilities:
Work in a hot manufacturing environment handling forged steel parts (½ lb to 90 lbs with assistance)
Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and follow work instructions
Perform visual and/or measured inspections of parts
Assist with production, packaging, staging, and shipping
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Complete required documentation
Positions Available:
Forge Line Tech – $19.00
Operate forge press as part of a team, handling heated steel (up to 2000°F) using tongs. Rotating roles include press operator, trim operator, and floor support.
Final Inspection & Shipping – $17.00
Inspect, grind, package, and stage parts for shipment. Build boxes, move materials, and assist with loading/unloading.
Die Set Up Technician – $18.00
Build, repair, and maintain die sets. Requires mechanical ability and experience with hand/power tools and blueprints.
QC Inspector – $20.00
Inspect and measure parts using gauges and calipers. Record data, read blueprints, and ensure quality standards are met.
