Snider-Blake is looking for diligent and safety-conscious material handlers to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently stacking, organizing, and managing gallon-sized containers within our distribution facility. Tasks involving frequent lifting.
Duties
- Stack gallons securely on pallets or shelving units to optimize space utilization while maintaining stability.
- Assist with order picking processes by selecting designated gallons according to customer orders with precision.
- Ensure proper handling of materials by following safety protocols for heavy lifting and mechanical operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with OSHA regulations and promotes safety for all team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control.
- Ability to perform manual heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational skills.
