FIRST AND THIRD SHIFT FOOD PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to fabricate and process food products
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the production area
- Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts
- Follow standard operating procedures for food processing
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Monitor and report any issues with equipment or product quality
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and materials usage
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a food processing plant
- Large Batch Machine Operating
- Followed strict safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Performed routine cleaning, inspections, and documentation to support quality control processes
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with forklift operation for material handling
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow strict protocols
- Proficiency in adhering to FDA regulations for food production
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety
