Responsibilities
- Assist with quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks
- Prepare financial analyses, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting schedules
- Support technical accounting research and memo preparation
- Partner with internal departments and external auditors during audits and reporting cycles
- Help improve reporting processes and support the implementation of new accounting standards
Qualifications
- 3 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably Big 4 or large public accounting
- SEC reporting and technical accounting exposure preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate with parts passed required
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow professionally
