Accounting Manager

SNI has partnered a growing company that has triple in size over the last few years and looking to add a Accounting Manager due to growth.

Summary

The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations and legal entities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing the close process, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

• Manage and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple locations
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership

Multi-Entity / Multi-Location Oversight

• Oversee accounting for multiple legal entities and locations, ensuring proper consolidation of financial results
• Ensure consistency in accounting policies and procedures across all locations
• Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations

Process Improvement & Systems

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reporting
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience managing or leading a team
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location environment
